Add a full service bar and two soaking tubs with waterfall feature.

Required addition of new 400a 3phase panel to power the new bar and all soaking tub equipment. 30kw of 208v infrared heaters are installed at the bar. All new soaking tub lighting is 12v and controlled via the spa controller.
